After a series of American beer it's time to look at my own backyard. First Polish beer we'll see is called Perła, meaning 'pearl'.

I've been told that I have too many lagers. I cannot disagree however... The one that I'm having today comes as a surprise. You'll see. Also I'd like to mention that some beers I get as gift from my friends so I can't choose the beer style. Just happy to get as many countries as possible.

Harboe Stout (#68) and Carlsberg Sort Guld (#69)
The last two Danish beers from Copenhagen trip turn out to be quite interesting. With just three more episodes to go I am starting to wonder how to bring this show to the next level. Any ideas? Meanwhile enjoy this episode.

- the looks: head (dark and quick to disappear), body (coca-cola, Guinness, Irish coffee like)
- the taste: starts sweet, later a coffee+tobacco combo, with nice malty finish
- the smell: strong coffee with acid minerality, dark chocolate
